DESCRIPTION:ACROSS Route K traverses three conservation parcels on the east side of Lexington: West\nFarm\, where the trail follows an old cart path\, and offers a view of the fields at Wilson Farm; \nSutherland Woods\, which features an oak-hickory forest and 2 old farm ponds; and Liberty\nHeights\, a 6-acre property with a short trail through a mature woodland. Join us on this 1.9 mile\nwalk as we explore these lesser-known conservation parcels and the streets that connect them.\nMeet on the corner of Oak St. and Bruce Rd.
